Remote Cleaning Academy (RCA) Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in Remote Cleaning Academy (“RCA”) and utilizing our services, including website development and related support, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. RCA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
RCA provides professional website setup services as part of the enrollment package. This includes:
• Selection from pre-designed templates.
• Up to two (2) hours of customization tailored to the student’s specific needs.
Any additional customization beyond the included two (2) hours will incur fees as specified in Section 3.
• Customizations exceeding the included two (2) hours are billed at a rate of $75 per hour.
• RCA will provide a detailed estimate for additional work before proceeding.
• RCA reserves the right to decline additional customizations if payment terms are not met.
• Upon completion of the website, ownership transfers to the student, who is fully responsible for managing its content and functionality.
• RCA will provide hosting for the website for 12 months NO COST as part of the enrollment package.
• After the 12-month period, an annual hosting fee will be required or client may use their own hosting provider as detailed in the original Statement of Work (SOW).
• RCA will provide user credentials to the website.
• Any changes made by the student or their representatives that result in website malfunctions, disruptions, or other performance issues will not be RCA’s responsibility.
• RCA will assist with resolving these issues upon request at a rate of $75 per hour, with a minimum charge of one (1) hour.
RCA will not be held liable for:
• Loss of data, revenue, or functionality resulting from modifications made by the student or third-party interventions.
• Issues arising from incompatibilities with plugins, software, or tools added by the student.
• For all billable services, including additional customization or troubleshooting caused by student modifications, payment is due upfront and required prior to the start of work.
• RCA reserves the right to suspend services if payment terms are not met.
• Students may terminate their relationship with RCA at any time.
• RCA will not be held liable for any unresolved issues, unfinished projects, or loss of functionality after termination.
• Students are encouraged to ensure all website needs are addressed before concluding services.
• Any disputes arising under these terms will first be resolved through mediation, which both parties agree to engage in good faith.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, legal remedies may be pursued in accordance with the governing laws.
